Our own mill runs precision Mayer & Cie knitting, Fongs yarn & fabric dyeing, Mario Crosta brushing, Caaru peaching and Stromac printing — on a Zero Liquid Discharge system with a comprehensive CETP and 600 tonnes/month capacity, supplying ~90% of our woven fabric.
Our design office develops seasonal collections and trend packs with retail partners, turning CAD into a 3D-fitted garment on a virtual mannequin within 7 working days — with self-approval certifications from Walmart, Sainsbury's and Tesco.
Dedicated fabric and trim warehousing, electrically supported precision cutting, and state-of-the-art sewing floors with performance-based incentive programs.
Computerised multi-head embroidery at 150,000 stitches per shift and screen printing capacity of 5,000 pieces daily — plus smocking, pin-tuck and specialty machines.
Physical and colour-fastness testing, button pull tests, GSM analysis, and chemical and physical testing on raw materials before they reach the line.

Our India operations — garment units at Sipcot, Salem and Ramanagara, a dedicated Tirupur factory for undergarments (jersey & woven), and the Salem fabric mill — are complemented by SEDEX-certified units in Vietnam and Bangladesh (since 2020). Approvals include Tesco, Sainsbury's, M&S, Carrefour, Walmart, Matalan, Morrisons and Nutmeg.
